Day 4: Miami

It's 10PM in Miami.

Let's make this post however a continuation of yesterday's.

Upon finishing my post last night I spoke to a German guy for 2 hours speaking about university, family, social life, the works. I felt really close and attracted to him and I was trying so hard. We sat at the dinner table with the guy from Mozambique and 3 new Australian girls and 2 new Australian guys. We drank rum and coke throughout the night at the clock strikes 2am. I left the room and said bye to the German guy who told me to add him on Facebook and to contact him when I'm on the West Coast. Cool. I wanted sex but oh well we don't know what'll happen on the west coast..

I had a 30 minute hot shower and went to bed. That night someone in my room brought a girl in which startled me.. She was quiet for sure.

I left with an empty stomach because I slept in, said goodbye to the Aussies and to my new friend Caitlin who got lucky last night and I was so proud of her.

I took a 1.5 hour plane to Miami.

I reached my hostel clad in my coat and scarf. Totes not appropriate.

Miami feels like Kings Cross times 100. It's very similar. It's definitely different to the quiet New Orleans.

I entered my room and found out I'm with 5 Australian guys. Yay.

I didn't want to go out tonight but I'm going out to Automatic Slims which is a bar very similar to Coyote Ugly which happens to be one of my favourite films of all time. Yes please. I don't want to make this a late night though. I have a big day tomorrow but I'm on my way to way too many free beers. Hmm..

This hostel is a bit harder to meet close people particularly due to its size but I hope I'm not alone tomorrow on my ventures.

It's quite warm here about 18 degrees but very cloudy and overcast.

I haven't eaten anything today ugh. I'll just have a big breakfast tomorrow. Here's to a good night out.
